Enclosed I send you draft on New York drawn by Kountze Bro's on Park Bank N.Y. N^o 1815 for $100#.— Also Certifi—cate of Deposit in National Bank N^o 1479 for $30# dated Aug. 8^th 1860, which please place to my credit.

You will please allow Mother to draw on my a/c for whatever funds she needs. She is to send me some clothes.

Of course you did right in applying my funds to payment of interest.

My teams are coming in from Denver and I may be able to send you the $1000# on that note this month. If so you will hear from me within 15 days.
