I returned on Saturday night from the Pawnee chase and found your several letters awaiting my return.

Nothing is being done with Land Warrants to speak of, but I will immediately make out a statement and forward you all proceeds of sales.

Shall go down the River again in a few days. Warrants sell @ 93-95 now and few in town. No persons here entering land.

All well, whipt the Indians, traveled 400 miles and had a hard time.

Find my Agent has sold 4 warrants @ 92 and taken draft on Chicago, which has been forwarded by this mail to be sent you in N.Y. Exchange. Mr Walker will explain fully to your satisfaction about Warrants Will write you fully in a day or two. There has not been eight Warrants sold in Omaha since I went West. I will pull off my coat and do all I can.

Sell Mail certificate and place to Land Warrant a/c. Keep a/c of what I send you.
