Friend John

I wrote you yesterday relative to Warrants and said I would write again. War—rants are selling here @ .95 and sales slow.

I have nothing more to say, and could but reiterate what I have spoken.

I will do as I offered therein, and think it can be done just before and during the land sales.

Calculate all the chances for yourself and let me know your conclusions. You might send a few for luck. Will inform you about that other $1000, as soon as I can see what turn affairs take here. What affect the land sales will have upon us and whether I can use it to advantage. I could have you used it to advatage in Dec, but am in doubt now.

Yours truly

J MacConihe

P.S. Warrants have been very slow here to date
