I thought I would drop you a line and say that I would forward my a/c for 1858 in a few days.

I should like to make some trade you you for your 1/2 interest in the Office and the Lot it is on, if I could. What kind of a trade will you make with me for some of my other undivided interest in property in Omaha or C. Bluffs, for the office.

If you will not trade, how much cash will you give me for my 1/2 interest in the Office.

If you will trade I will give you a good bargain

All the news is about the mines and I shall go unless I get the Private Secretaryship of our new Gov. My regards to the Townsends
