Enclosed please find draft of Charlse Sturgis on Edward Pussan dated June 27^th 1859 for $114.80 which collect and transfer to Land Warrant account.

Thad wrote you from this point and goes to Kansas to—morrow [sic]. I go with him to Nebraska City & Brownville. A good demand is springing up for Warrants and I will be "active" and do my best to sell the "terrific batch."

The 42 160 acres sent by Express came yesterday and Thad handed me the lot he brought out. They are all safe.
