Band to Present Second Concert
R.O.T.C. Band Will Give Program in Coliseum Sunday Afternoon: Public is Invited
The R. R. O. T. C. band will appear in its second concert of the season at the University Coliseum, Sunday afternoon, March 27, at three o’clock. The doors will be open at 2:30 o’clock. The concert is free to the public, and all students are especially invited to attend.
The following program has been arranged:
1. French March from a characteriatic suite, “Sillouettes” – Henry Hadley
2. A Japanese Sunset – Jesse L. Deppen.
3. Cornet solo, “Stars in a Velvety Sky” – Clark. Mr. Raymond E. McCormick
4. Overture, Barber of Seville – Rossini
5. Narcissus (by request) – Nevin.
6. Titi’s Serenade (duet for flute and French horn). Mr. Chas. N. Cadwallader, flute, Mr. Eugene Robb, French horn.
7. Pas des Fleurs, from “Naila” – Delibon
8. March. Stars and Stripes Forever—Sousa
