Memorial Fundraiser
Following the death of Grace Coppock, the students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln created a memorial fundraiser. The fundraiser collected the appropriate amount of money to fund the salary of an American secretary in China each year. The newspaper aticles from the Daily Nebraskan, Nebraska State Journal, and Lincoln Star below reveal the passion that University of Nebraska-Lincoln students had for her cause.
Recognition
Aside from the Memorial Fundraiser in her name, Grace Coppock was remembered in various ways. Margaret E. Burton affectionately dedicated her book, Notable Women of Modern China, to Grace Coppock.
