"For Nebraska, we will"- 1916 Nebraska vs. Oregon State

As the Nebraska football team prepared to leave for Portland, students organized a "pep" rally in order to show their support. A committee was established of thirty students in order to prepare the best rally possible to send the Huskers off right.

The program for the "pep" rally was released and it would be a big event. The letter features a warning to all who are not fans of the Cornhuskers to stay away. It shows the school spirit as well as superstitious feelings growing.
